I had the same problem. I called our printer guy and he upgraded the memory in the printer. HP Laserjet 5N. It is an older model. Since he upgraded the memory I have had no problems. It is not like brand new but it does the job very well. Will keep it for a while longer.

Has there been any solution to this problem? I'm having the same issue. I am outputting to a PDF via CutePDF.
