Windows 7 directories

Post by Bill Lumley »

I have Windows 7 and I find I have 2 places where E-cabinets is looking for and storing things and I would like this to be in place to facilitate a simple backup procudure so I do not loose files .
Some files are getting stored in the User/Documents directory as specified in the E-cabinets preferences and others are being stored in a similar directory in the Thermwood
directory in Program Files(X86) directory . How do I make sure E-cabinets alwasys uses the same directory for cabinets, hole patters, drawers and jobs .
Thanks Bill

Hi Bill
I use Carbonite.com for backup. It's $56/year and all files in all directories are backed up in real time. In addition, you can remotely access any file or folders from any computer connected to the Internet. Check it out.
