Incorrect cabinet depth

Post by Tim Massa »

Anyone know why the cabinet depth of 19.75" is different from the actual depth if you measure the cabinet or nest the parts and look at their dimensions in the nest? Looking to run this off today and will just make the cabinet 20.5" to get my desired true depth of 19.75". I'll check the nested parts, after doing this, to confirm that the sides, deck and backs will add up to 19.75" Hopefully it will run off on the machine correct.

Thanks,
Tim

Tim,

When I open your cabinet in the cabine editor it says it is 19 1/4" deep not 19.75"
If I measure the depth in the Cab Editor it is 19 1/4"

Tim,

The cabinet has a .75" {Back Inset} turned on for the Back and the Back is set to be completely flush with the other parts. This will make the cabinet seem .75" smaller in the depth.

ARRRGGGGG!

Thanks Scott and Kerry. I missed that in the construction box when the cabinet was modified from the downloaded 'Vanity' library. Another one of those built in grenades that I caught in time.My money was riding on a face frame cabinet that might have been made into a frameless with the frames turned off. I just finished running it at 21.5" and the cab turned out all right.

Thanks for the help.

Tim
