Unable to open job

Post by Brent Bogardus »

Had to reinstall operating system couple of weeks ago. Saved my ecab jobs, cabinets, and other data so I wouldn't loose anything. One job I need to open, inorder to add some part editor cuts to the doors, will not open. The error "an error occured while loading HOOPS information from the saved file" pops up while trying to load the job. After clearing that error another one pops up "there was an error after opening the JOB file". Other jobs created the same week seem to open fine. It was a batch cabinet job, and will take some time to recreate. Anyone seen this problem before, or is this job just lost?

Hi Brent,
Sorry I was also unable to open the file. Perhaps Thermwood can help -
