I need to know if this setup is enough to run eCabinet.

AMD FX-6100 3.3GHz 6-Core Processor
8gb RAM
PNY Quadro FX 1800 768MB Video Card
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional SP1 (64-bit)

Changed the processor to an AMD Athlon II X2 250 3.0GHz Dual-Core Processor, I guess you only need one core for eCabinet.
