Ecads on new laptop

Hi
I have a new laptop running windows 7 pro and want to install ecabs on it from fresh what is my next step forward

Also is there any problems running windows 8 with ecabs

I have downloaded ecabs just need code, still need to know about windows 8

When trying to generate code I get this message [Sorry, we have no record of this email address.
Please try again.] I no longer have access to the original email address how can I get a new code?

Stephen,

Send an email to cabinets@thermwood.com with your company's name and particulars. You can also look under HELP in your current installation and get the "My Account Number". That will help the Thermwood staff out. They should then be able to fix up your records to reference your new email address.
