Post by Thom Davies »

Hi

Ive done a nest with cross grain doors. yet when it nests its not crossed grained the doors run with the grain. Its ticked in ecab as grain and in the nest. Im running V6 Build 10 and RN 5.59 patch 2

Thom You have to take the cabinet into door editor and right click then in construction settings change the slab grain direction angle from 0 to 90.Remove the door and then add it back.

Thom,

Just an "aside" - It is probably not related to your current issue, but you should probably apply PATCH 3 to your 5.59 Control Nesting installation.

It seems to be the grouping the doors together is a problem. Its ok when nesting in ecab, but as soon as its down at the machine it goes back to being straight grain.

Thom,

What I had meant to say in my original post was:
Just an "aside" - It is probably TOTALLY related to your current issue... you NEED TO apply PATCH 3 to your 5.59 Control Nesting installation.
