Problem using 1/2" outline bit

I just want to cut out a finger slot on top of this drawer box front. I have attached 2 pics. One from Constraint manager and the other is my issue. BTW, the issue happens on both sides. The 1/2" bit travels straight but cuts down before cutting the arc. I used circles and a rectangle to cut through using part editor. Any advice? Baffled! :wall:

Are you using any material groups with tabs?

Set your tool to .499" in the tool manager. Forrest

No, just default group
