I was doing some test parts on this cabinet. The primary construction is Lock Dado with the tenon thickness set too 60%.The fixed shelf was set to lock dado and the tenon was accidently set at 100% the depth and fit clearances are .025.The back is set the same. When I ran the cabinet on the machine It cut the fixed shelf but it routed a tenon also. The machine cut it by what looks like the fit clearance that was set for the part. it was not 100% of the material thickness.
It only does this with Lock dado. I did not cut the back but when I nest it in eCabinets and on the machine it does show lines for tenons. I will post the export file when I get to work.

Re: Issue with machining Lock dado
Scott, do you mean that the machine ran a tenon pass over the top of the sheet, in the air? Or did the tenon pass actually remove some material, meaning the amount of material removed was the fit clearance?

Re: Issue with machining Lock dado
Yeah, I've noticed this glitch too, doesn't hurt anything other than waste a little time though. If you had to do a lot of parts that way I could see it being a problem, I don't worry about it as long as the parts come out right.
