Lazy Susan does not install

Post by Cesar Font »

I have downloaded and installed the lazy susan and wood products store entries and nothing happened.
There are no lazy susan 3D objects to be found anywhere when running eCabs.
It's not like I'm doing something wrong when installing since there are no options only click install and that's it.
So ¿how can I place a Lazy Susan in a job or cabinet then? Please, help.

under the hardware objects tab in the item window, do you not have a directory for Lazy Susans or Wood Components?

When you are in the hardware objects tab, hit the home button to go back to the root of the hardware objects.

Oh my god !
All this time I thought I was at home, it must have been 4 years ago or more that I clicked on the pulls sub-directory and because the program stays where you last left it, after all this time I never thought there was a home to go to !!!
Thank you for your quick response.
I can only imagine the kind of service I'll get when I become an actual paying customer. :D

I got to tell you, I started my business from, literally, scratch. I only had an electric hand jigsaw that my wife had bought to cut some boards into shelfs while I was working away from home. With that saw I made my first closet for a client in 2007.

I surfed the web to learn more about the business, I stumbled upon and subscribed to the free eCabs software CD and received the paper magazine too. I tried to install it but could not because my computer didn't have enough RAM. :wall:

After a little while I was able to buy more RAM and begun using eCabs. What a difference!

You guys turned me, a guy with a hand saw and a basic computer, into a pro.

I really appreciate what you guys do, I know it is not charity, but an investment; one day I will do well enough to buy me a Thermwood MTR 43 and my family will be better off, thank you.
