I made these using a display door. Then I made a cutter in the shape of the louvers and applied the profile in the part editor.

very cool Scott,
I have yet to use all the tools, I really just don't have the time. I created a display door from the Conestoga CRP-10 with no panel then just stuck some display panels in there for louveres. PIA but it sort-a-worked.
I don't know how your taking the display door into the part editor in the first place, I can't?

Hey Scott. I know this is an old thread but could I get a copy of the tooling you used to created that louvered door? We have an outdoor grill that those louvered doors would work perfect on.
