6.0 build 14
I recently had to reset my computer to original which wiped out everything. Upon reloading ecabinets I get this message at the end of install. (Error 1723 There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action is apprunning, entry: ISApplication running Library:...\MSI9336tmp). Is this something you have a patch for on your end or is this something I need to fix on my end. Thanks for your help.

Re: 6.0 build 14
This error sounds familiar to me. We recently added a new computer to one of our staff. When we tried to download eCabinets we got a similar error I can not recall exactly the number but the steps we took to rectify it was to turn off the virus software. We still could not install. Upon further investigation we found out that there was a conflicting virus software that was already installed on the system. the Virus software that was running was a trial version that the staff member installed. So after uninstalling the conflicting virus software we were able to install eCabinets. Although I would advise you to contact thermwood first. Hope this helps.

Well done Scott that did the trick. I shut down webroot and it all went through with no problems. I back up and running. Thanks for your help.
