I have just started experiencing an odd error. When I load an existing cabinet and then go to the door editor to change door styles I get the "gathering cabinet defaults" screen which hangs up and won't go away until I restart the program. it doesn't seem to mater what cabinet of what door style? I can't get into the editor.
Any suggestions?

Will the same issue happen if you load the Std Base Framed or Frameless from the Standard Cabinets folder? If it does not do it for them, then please attach one of your cabinets for us to examine.

Scott,
Before I got your reply, I decided to reinstall eCabs from scratch. Although trying to do that turned out to be more trouble than I had imagined ( needed to update virus software in order to get the registration code through my firewall, new registration code etc) it seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks for the help. If it comes back again I will let you know.
