Recurring Crash

Post by Tom Sherman »

This is a recurring problem, one that I've submitted before via the feedback link, and at one point I was actually on the phone with one of the computer techs. The problem is that the program sometimes crashes when I try to take a cabinet from the Cabinet Editor to the LDE. The message says "ECabinets has encountered a problem and must close" or something similar to that. Whether I click Okay or Cancel, the message box disappears and then reappears a 2nd time. When I then click on it, the program closes. The workaround I was given was to delete a file called C:\ProgramData\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\DrawingsPrinterSettings.ref. This worked the first few times, but lately this file isn't even there to be deleted about half the time or more.
To compound all this, I just tried to send a report with an attached file via the feedback page, but after more than 30 minutes, I couldn't see anything that indicated it had been sent.
