link drill problem

Postby tim lucas » Thu, Feb 04 2016, 4:53PM

running link 1.0.21 beta and have a problem with drilling adjustable shelf pin holes

keep getting an error when trying to wright to the bot that tells me my tolerance for the tools my be off but the holes are 0.1969 and that is my tool size with a tolerance of 0.003

here's what I have found - my tools are in this order #2 = .25 rout/dado - #4 = .1969 drill - #6 = .125 rout/drill

if I make a tool #2 = .125 rout/dado it will use it but when I look at the code it says "Drill"

I don't know why it wont use my tool marked Drill but it will use a smaller tool not marked drill

I have tried adjusting my tolerance and my tool size but no fix :( Please Help :!:
