Door Editor

Post by Leo Graywacz »

I'm having issues with the door editor.

I go to the editor and then hit the choose 'door/drawer selection' and the door selections come up. I choose Conestoga and it should then come up with the STANDARD choice, but it doesn't. So I click on the drawers and then back to the doors and then it shows up.

Any ideas on what's going on? Using Win7 x64. I haven't applied the fix. This is the first issue I've seen since swapping over to my new laptop and ver 6.1.1

Leo,

Try updating your graphic card drivers. I have that problem all the time. I click the drop down several times before I can see the selections.

I am having trouble finding drivers that work. I had an issue with progress bars sticking on the screen. I updated to the latest drivers and it fixed that but then when I zoom in on anything in the line drawing editor the rooms disappear so I reverted to the previous driver and chose the lesser of two evils.

It does the exact same thing on both of my cards, the M3000M and the onboard video. I can force the computer to use one or the other and in both cases it does the exact same thing. I don't really think it's a video driver thing.

It happens to me occasionally as well. Typically, I'll just move my mouse around in the lower area where the option for Standard would appear and it comes to life.
