Combing two custom room layouts into one CNC file

Post by Donald Thomson »

I've got two custom layouts for two different jobs. They use similar materials so I wanted to nest them all at once to make better use of material.

How do I combine two custom layouts into one CNC file?

Thanks!

Don,

Open eCabinets and click the blue CNC button on the top tool bar. Choose the Add Job(s) button on the right and choose your two esj files. You can then filter out specific cabinets or parts if you would like and change material thickness or dimensions from the Change Material Properties dialog. Click the Browse button to choose where you want to save the .twd file to and then choose Create TWD.

Is there a way to create a cutlist from 3 separate jobs? I've got the CNC file created, I now need to create the cutlist for all my solid wood parts (faceframe rails and stiles, drawer faces, etc.)
