Does anyone have an edge pull similar to Hafele HF12402310 that will place on the door properly? The supplied one sits on the surface instead of behind the edge.

We just did a job with those identical pulls. Didn't use a hole pattern though. I'm not sure if you could, because they need to be on the back of the door. Unless you're looking just for a graphical representation. Corey made one, it looked good on the presentation view.

I was able to add some manually by way of Hardware Objects. Not the ideal way but with some extra work it got the job done.
