Support for existing SBLink customer

I heard that SBLink will no longer have any new releases and that the remaining SBLink dongles will be sold at half price and there will not be any support.

For current customers (including those who've been using the Link since 2009 - ME) will there still be support available? Will there be any bug fixes for those customers?
