corner cabinet toe kick

I can not figure out why the toe kick notch is 1/4" shorter on this side. I've used this same cabinet for several years without a problem.
I cut this cabinet today and both ends cut like this but Ecabs only shows it on the left. The only recent changes were I added some screw holes to the dados and changed the material of the top and toe kick. The only setting I can change to correct it is the negative inset into the face frame but it seems to be working in reverse. Change the left side to 0" and the right side notch gets smaller.

Joe,
I opened your cabinet in the cab editor and then went to Construction Settings/Toe Kick tab and exited without changing anything and this is what I got.

That's the way it came off the router too but I need the toe to be flush with the notch.

For some reason, the part editor is holding on to this added material. I would take each part into the PE editor, go to contour mode, create edges, and save off the geometry. Then exit PE editor, remove PE cuts from the Left and Right End. Then reapply the PE cuts to those parts.

Got it, removed left end part editor cuts and reapplied them. All is well. Thanks
