I try to register ECab on my new laptop but when i try and get a new code, i get this error message:
"Sorry, An unknown error has occured. Please contact eCabinet Systems at 877-880-4638 for additional support."

Most likely you are entering an incorrect email, one that is not registered to an account. If you have a computer that can open eCabinets, go to Communications, and then Verify My Email Address. There you can see the current email address and update if needed.
