Tim,

Depends on the tablet and what you want to do on the tablet. ECabinets is very graphically intensive and there may be limitations. Also keep in mind, eCabinets is Windows based, not Android or Apple. You may be able to get around that, but it will still cause some headaches.

Tim,

I have been using a Surface Pro 6 tablet running eCabinets for field measurements. I like to draw walls, mark plumbing, electrical, doors and windows while I am on the job site. I put Bluebeam Revu on the tablet as well so I can open floor plans on site as well.
eCabinets runs surprisingly well even though the the tablet I purchased is using an I5 processor with only 8GB of RAM. It is using the onboard intel graphics but works as well as the old Nvidia Quadro I have on my laptop.
Now that I know it will run eCabinets I should have gone ahead with the Surface Pro 7 with an I7 processor and 16GB Ram.

I use the tablet in PC mode.
