This is the second time a windows update caused me to get a new code for ecabs. Anybody seeing this or know what is happening?

Forrest,

Were these larger Windows updates, say from Windows 7 to 10, and then a major change in Windows 10? I can see on our end something changed in your Windows Registry for what we reference for the registration codes. I don't know the exact reason it changed during the update.

Clint, this last update said it was a major change in windows 10 but something happened during the update and it said "a problem occurred would you like to find a solution" or something like that. I selected yes and it kept doing its thing. When I tried to open ecabs it didn't recognize my computer and asked for another code.

Something similar has happened before after a major update.
