v5 won't install

I get a message that says \" error 1720 a problem with windows installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run.\"

Make sure the V5 CD is clean and free of debri before attempting to install. Also make sure that any anti-virus softwares or firewalls that would prevent registry modification are shut down prior to install.
