Trouble logging on to member store

I keep getting the message:
\"Sorry, the email address and password you typed is invalid. Please try again.\"
I've talked to tech support a couple of times, seemed to resolve the problem for awhile but then the problem returns. I'm beginning to think that my account should be completely closed and a new one opened. This is getting very frustrating. I've had to order several times through alternate sources due to this problem; would much prefer to buy through eCabinets. Hope you can help.
