Countertop edging, how?

Post by Peter Walsh »

I rarely run into a project requiring a counter top, but now have one.

I want to use a Formica top with a wood cherry edging across all front edges. I can't see how I can do this with the counter top editor, etc.
Maybe some of you guys who work with counter tops regularly have figured this out? I don't need this for CNC, mainly to include it in the sales presentation rendering.
Any ideas?

Thanks,

Display cubes Peter, display cubes. Just like version 4 before countertops were included.

Peter,
This is one display cube with the center cut out and a profile run on the edge for the wood and another display cube for the marble center.
