are the dovetails on a drawer box front treated the same way as a profile? is that perhaps why they do not show up either?

Thanks again joe

Roger, the dovetails should show, check the settings on the drawer box and try to nest again.

Joe...

Here is a picture of what I am talking about...I get the issue with the edge profile on the drawers but the inner profile, groove or bead or whatever we call it... is not nesting or showing up on the G-code after the TWD file is run...

I will hopefullyt be doing MDF doors here shortly..this is the first step in figuring it out...

Thanks again

Roger, What tol. are you using? It looks like you only have the panel and no bead. Try one of the asymmetrical tools in the door designer. # 3 or 4 might be what what you are looking for. If this isn't the problem post the twd. and I will give it a shot.

Joe,

Here is the job file...everything is run on 3/4 because we will be using whatever scrap we have to run this test...I changed the profile a little and got the front dovetails to nest but the inner bead on the d-fronts still wont go..

There is no \"thermwood\" option to run drawer fronts in the designer

I used the MDF drawer function in the door drawer designer... to make them..

Roger, I get the tool is not valid in the door/drawer designer for the interior tool on the drawer front called dadoe.tol so that may be the problem but if I select the default door it shows the mitre.tol that looks like the pic you posted should they be the same? . Are you trying to do a 1 pass front or model it out usin the profile modeler? Give this a look.
