eCabs Magazine online problem and others

Am I just being STOOPID but when I try to download the PDF of the eCabs mag issue No. 2 I keep on getting issue No. 1 with Kerry's beautiful visage on the cover. I also seem to have a recurring problem with my one PC (not the one I am working on at teh moment) but when I try to post I keep on getting bounced to the log in page and it never seems to remember my password even though I keep on checking that option. Apart from that has anyone had a problem with IE when you close a page the whole thing crashes?
