does anyone have a cust service number for connestoga? I looked up their web site but didn't see any contact phone #'s. weird.

This is right out of the first page of the PDF file on their products. BUT, have you tried contacting Thermwood / eCabinet Systems people? I suggest Eric, as he was very fast with a question I had on knotty alder doors.
