Nothing moves

I can't get anything in the layout room to move. On my old computer all i had to do was highlight and use the directional arrows on the key board. I tried this, nothing moves. I also tried to place a microwave. It shows up, but I can't get it move anywhere.

Is Vista causing the problem or have I got something installed wrong?

Is your move Increment 0\"?

Try setting the Insert Item Method to Free Style
