files not loading

G'day
we are having a problem with one of our job files when you load it! The job seems to be losding but the room does not exist so you cant alter any cabinets which we want to do.I have nested the job an all the parts are nesting an i cant understand why? If you could help it would be much appreciated

Tim,

1. Has your computer crashed at all while working on this job?

2. HOW did you manage to load the job to nest if the room is not available?

no not that i know of, the job file is there and it loads up just like normal but you just cant see any of the job and it says room not existing, then i just sent it through to the thermwood and it nested all the parts!all need to do is change the sizes in e-cabinets

Maybe the cabinets were not placed in a room but loaded in the Batch area.

It shouldn't mention anything about a room if your in batch.
