Shape manager

Morning all

I have created a shape using ACAD 2002 and saved it as a DXF

It imports into shape manager and I then save it as a .tol but when I try and select that file the tool selector box closes

Please help

Send me that dxf file, as well as the part you are trying to apply the tool to. Please include all steps you are doing up to this point.
