If they are that good at getting you a quote so you can buy a machine, this think how great their after-sale customer service would be.

I'll bet they are still trying to figure out why their sales are so low.

I hope sometime in the near future he calls back, I would love for the salesman to come by the shop and see the Thermwood sitting there. I can tell them that Thermwoods service is so good, they can build it, ship it, provide training, and get it up and running in the length of time it takes them to print out the quote.

Rick, We got the utility service this week. The Most expensive item other than the machine for me was the utilities. New Utility Pole, 3 Phase transformer, 4\" conduit from pole to building (underground), boring under a road, trinching the conduit. Meter base, 3-phase panel, wiring, (so far we are still outside). Now lets get inside, more wiring, more conduit, 480v step up transformer from 208v. I'm sure there is something I have left out. I think the utilities tally is up to $7,000 at this point.

Any way, Hell, it's only money. A little hard work and time, we make it back.

Seems like there is a country song that said something about luggage racks and dying or something like that.........Can't take it with you.

Back to work

Forgot, we go to machine traing this Monday.

The electrical for my shop was about $7K too. The electric company didn't charge us for anything outside. The $7K was for the wiring inside.

That was a good start for a new router. But, I think I will next move into or buy a building with 3 Phase already there.

Well, I got back from 3-axis Machine training last week. That was very intense, a lot to absorb in one week. The Thermwood Tech showed up this past Monday and started setting up \"THE MACHINE\". By the end of Tuesday morning we were cutting dovetail drawers and cabinets. The Tech. left this morning and I was flying solo. No problems so far. The new toy cuts great. I just have to get the settings dialed in. Any suggestions or tricks of the trade from you veterans out there would be greatly appreciated. I hate learning the hard way.

And I would like to say thanks to the Thermwood Team in Dale, In. As always, you guys and gals provide superior customer service.
