I created these arched mullions in the display part editor using 3 point arcs and profiling the edges. When I return to the cabinet assembly screen, the arcs become distorted and are no longer perfect curves. I'm looking to have these cut on a router, and I'm wondering if this distortion is only in the display, or will it also be transferred into the machining.

Re: arched mullions
Kevin,
This should only be a display issue within ecabs. The best thing to do in this case is run it. I would put a scrap piece on the table and at least cut the long section and make sure that it is what you wanted, before running the finished piece. Theoredically it should work, but a lot of these applications our customers come up with, have not been tested. If those profiles where created using arcs then they will be acrs when they are cut.
