When I take a snapshot to JPG, the lines drawings look so bad. Missing lines, etc. Does this happen to everyone? BTW, I am a newbie. I love the program so far.

Jeremy,
Hello and welcome to eCabs and the forums. You'll find a ton of useful info here.
Speaking of useful info, try playing with the line thickness settings in the LDE (line drawing editor). With a bit of trial and error, you'll determine the threshold for visible vs. not. I try to set them as thin as possible without them disappearing, then print them to a PDF file so I can manipulate the drawing in Photoshop.
