Save Image bug

Post by Steve Brothers »

I know I have seen a thread about this problem but I have searched and can't find the answer. When I save image the jpg has the window showing over the image. I would post a IMG but I'm sure you guys know what I am refering too. Is there a fix or a way around this problem.

There have indeed been several threads about this issue. Some folks have this issue while others don't. I, for one, have never experienced it.

Try moving the dialog box out of the viewing area before clicking OK and see if that helps.

Thanks for the quick reply Dan. That is an option, but adds one more step since I have to crop out the window in photoshop. Time is money, I was hoping for a fix. thanks steve

It is more hit than miss for me so I count it happening and move the boxes out of the way and then crop them. Yes it is an extra step, but after all I could have dropped $7,000.00 on a program and still not gotten all the functions I get with this $0.00 program. So all these minor inconveniences are just that, minor.

This opinion plus a buck fifty will get you a cup of coffee.

Sorry it took so long to get back to ya. I often work at night on the computer. I sometimes run autocad at the same time and ecabinets seems to crash more often. The save image problem happens even when ecab is running solo. Thanks for your help.

Like I said before, some folks see this problem and others don't. :wall: I also use XP Pro and have never had it happen :?: :?: :?:

There has to be something in the configuration of a particular system that causes this.

As for trying to run AutoCAD and eCabinets at the same time--don't! Both require extensive resources from the system.
