Need a mew registration code

Post by Denis L'Heureux »

I need to format my computer. I am trying to get a new registration code but I get a message that I have reached the max amount of codes for my Email....What can I do? Is it time to quit or can I just update my email?

Tx

if you can salvage your old code you can reload ecabs with that code after formating your hard drive or phone Thermwood on Monday and they will email you a new one :)

Denis
If you will send me an email or a PM with your email address, I will look you up in our system and get you a new code.

It looks like my PM and email haven't made their way to you. I really need this to carry on.

Dennis,

The maximum number of registration codes that you can get from the automatic generator on the eCab website is 5. If you are needing additional codes, than you have to call in and get those. If you haven't reformatted your computer, than you can open eCabinets and then go to HELP, MY REGISTRATION CODE. You can try to reuse this code, but after you reformat, make sure your computer name matches what it is now currently. If it doesn't work, than you will need a new code. Justin will help you on getting a new code.

OK here goes.

The software crashed to the point where I can not access it. I tried to effect a repair on it but it still won't work. Therefore , I can not retrieve the numbers that was used. I need a new one.

Question: Who do I call? What is the number to call?

I have a job that has to get out......half built but still missing some info. Hardware hasn't been ordered yet either.

Thanks

Denis,

If you would like to call, you can call this number. 1-800-221-3865, dial 0 for the operator and tell her that you need a registration code. She will forward you to someone that can help you.

If you would like to contact us via email, you can email us at program@thermwood.com. Please include your company name and phone number so we can look up your account.

Thanks,
