I am working on a cabinet with a double oven. Could someone give me some steps on how to create a double oven?
Thank you!

Re: Double oven cabinet
Sergio -- Make a Display cube the size of your double oven and use an image of it that you have saved to your image file. Here is one that I just used.

George -- Did you make these or download them? The image I used is the actual oven that my client ordered and I was wondering if they could be made into Hsf files.George Davidson wrote:Double ovens

Re: Double oven cabinet
I too need to know how to create a double oven. I do not know how to save a image to a image file. I would also like to know how to take a digital photo from a SD card and save it to a image file and how I can find the image file after I save it, and if I'm so lucky to save a image file, how do I install it on a display cube. I have down loaded other items off the forum and saved them to my documents, when I tried to open one of them it would show a photo of it as a document but when I transfer it to assemblies the double oven would not open. I only got a message something was wrong with the file and it to would not open. It took a while to figure how to transfer it into assemplies or display items, and I don't know now how I did that. I guessed I have obviously done something wrong. I'm sure I need step by step instructions and how to accomplish this. I realize I'm asking for a lot of someone's time to type this into a message for me, but it would help me a lot and I'm sure a lot of other people would be greatful also. Also while I'm asking a lot of someone I guess I need to ask another question. After I cut a window into a wall, how do I install a window image from E-Cabinets system or a image I take with my camera into that hole. I now have the newest update to E-cabinets installed on my computer and some of the things I learned from the class I took a year or two ago at Thermwood no longer applies. The class I took at Thermwood helped me a lot and I would recomend that class to everyone. If it would be easier to send me this information in an e-mail, send it to bstandridge@bellsouth.net.
Thanks for any help you can give,

Re: Double oven cabinet
Thanks for the help Wally. I had to leave for a few minutes and now I have time to come back to this project. Thanks to your help, installing a window image from e-cabinets I now have mastered. After getting your help to my questions, l took a photo of an oven and saved it to the appliances in e-cabinets. When I click on the photo that I sent to the appliances ,I only get a message NO CURRENT RECORD. It does not send the oven to where I am installing my cabinets. Should I have sent the photo of the oven to somewhere else, or are there other reasons why I can see my oven in appliances, but only get no current record message when I click on it?More help would be greatly appreciated. Also under what heading in the help section will I find tutorials on these questions.
Thanks,
Bobby

Re: Double oven cabinet
If you look at the first pic that I posted it gives the option to ADD IMAGE and you can do so and save it to IMPORTED IMAGES or USER DEFINED and when you are prompted for the image you can go there and find it. You don't send it to appliances because it is only a jpeg. I haven't searched the tutorials so I don't know where to find this. It would be good for you to go through a few and see what you can find.Bobby Standridge wrote:Thanks for the help Wally.
