Cabinets hardware

Hello everyone,
I am trying to place some cabinets to the custom layout, and some of them I want with open doors and drawers. When I do that, the drawer and door is just hanging in there. How do I place hardware such as hinges and slides to my cabinets?

Adding hinges and slides can not be done int he room layout. Each cabinet will have to have these added to them in the cabinet editor. When you select the type of door and drawer to add to the cabinet, you must first select the type of hardware to associate to these doors and drawers. Then when you add the doors and drawers the hardware will be added with them.

Thank you very much for you quick answer.
I think that would work. My next question is, how would I open the door or drawers once they are placed in the cabinet editor.
The way that I have been doing was... I add doors and drawer manually and that way I could open them. But if there is another way that I could do that, please let me know.
