Moving Display Panel in CL

Post by Thom Davies »

How's it going?

Got a prob. I make a display panel and after i've done that it just places it in the middle of the floor. I cant for the life of me move it to where i want to. all i can do is rotate the panel. NOT move it!

How do i do this!

Thanks

Hey Thom,
You should be able to double click it the Shift and arrow where you want it. If this doesn't work, you may have to set your move inc settings on the left hand side of the page.
Failing this, you could always load a cabinet in cabinet editor and associate the display panel to the cabinet.

Thom, you need to associate it to the wall, then you can move it in elevation view.

Hey Thom, you need to associate it to the wall then go into elevation view. From there you can select the toe and either move it around using move increment or you can use the use the "position on wall" area on the top left of the screen

I haven't had alot of time to go job hunting as I picked up a part time job at hirequip 3 weeks ago. I'm supposed to be working saturday and sundays only but today is the first day off I have had since I started there so have been pushing some pretty big hours.
I did have a local joiner call me today asking if I would be interested in some work so hope to hear from him early next week.
