deleted the toe kick and the deck. Reloaded the deck. Applied the edgebanding and then reloaded the toe kick. It would not take the edgebanding as long as the toe kick was there. I ran into a problem like this the other day but finally got it to work.

Sorry, I didn't explain earlier, the wife was informing me that I needed to get off the computer. Imagine that! :D

Rick, I am working on a large edgebanding job myself and this edge banding thing is all new to me since we normally only do FF cabs.

I guess you can not edge band a stretcher??? I noticed that stretchers do not show up on the list. :(

I use a fixed shelf with a back inset instead of a stretcher.

I have never tried it, but if I understand you correct, your saying you can rotate a shelf into position to act as a toe kick, or toe board??

No, you can't rotate a shelf. In frameless, a stretcher is commonly used between drawer openings.

My bad, I thought you was talking about the toekick. I know what you are talking about with the shelf. I used one like that the other day. I guess you got everything worked out and ready to cut now.

Good luck,

I’ve been looking at your cabinet Rick and the front construction on the deck is blank in the construction settings. If you change it to butt and press ok you should be good to go. Do you or Damon know what you did to get this to happen I can’t reproduce this?

Walker, I don't recall looking to see if BUTT was checked or not, but the deck did not show up in the edge banding list. I had to delete the deck and add it back in order to get the deck edgebanding to show up on the list of parts to be edgebanded.

That worked pretty good also Walker, the front edge of the deck was blank on my screen but I changed it to Butt and everything works ok.

I guess we need to dbl check and then dbl check again.
