I want to add a partition to split a drawer opening left-right. This is a furniture base with drawers and double doors.
The opening is very wide so I want to split it into two separate drawers; there are two full-inset drawer fronts. I used a shelf to show a panel/deck below the drawer compartment (maybe not the right method?) The system will not let me attach a partition to an adjustable shelf...........
Did I just solve my own problem. Should this be a fixed shelf?
Add a partition in a drawer opening?

Exactly right, Damon. Seems the process of defining the question and reading it spotlights the problem. It really DID feel like a litebulb going on....I could almst see the (!) there.
