No answer for code help.

I have switched from different computers and between upgrading operating systems and such have exceeded the maximum number of generated codes. I have called the phone number that it told me to contact and left several messages over the past weeks and have had no response. Is there another number that i could contact to get a code or a way to have the code generator reset? Any help from ecab would be much appreciated on this matter. Thank you.

Yes they have the correct email so i'm not sure what is happening.
