Where and how did you down load the patch?
If you are running vista did you run it as administrator?

Once you have the file saved to your computer you must install it. Make sure eCabinets is shutdown then go to your update file and double click on it. If you are running Vista, you need to right click and run as administrator. Follow the steps on the screen to install. If you still have problems please contact me and I will help you.

RUNNING VISTA I downloaded the build 3 update to my download folder on the desktop. I forgot to right click and run as administrator so i just installed it regular. I still get the expiration message. After reading this thread I tried to run the update as administrator but the install wizard wants to delete it. What do I do to repair my screw up? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Grady,
I always get a little confused with the wording of the wizard, and hit yes I want to delete. This then downloads everything.I ran the update yesterday this way and everything is fine. When I am finished with the steps of the wizard,I restart the computer.Do not know if I have to do that, just the way I have always done it.

Hope this helps,
Scot
