Hingeing over Partitions

Post by Tim Wright »

Hey there,
I am having a little trouble hingeing a door over a partition i have tried putting a neg inset on the hinge side to place the door over the partition but it does not change anything, I was wondering if there is a way to do so, or can i correct anything.
Cheers Tim

Hey Tim, just add the door first, then the partition.

Tim,

How you going buddy? By default, once you get a door either side of a partition, the door to door gap will be automatically centred over the partition. If you guys are still using Blum hinges you might want to use the hinges that only hinge over half the partition. We used them up in Qld specifically for this purpose. Cheers
