Cutlist Issues (Round 2)

Post by Adam DAgosto »

Hello everyone.

I know I have posted a similar question before, but I still need help with generating a good cut list.

When I click on the "C" to generate a list, all my drawer boxes are getting included in the list. They show up as "generic", but they still show up. Is there a way to filter the drawer boxes out of the cut list?

I now know how to filter them out of the Nest, which is a much more important issue, but getting them out of the cut list would clean things up a bunch for me.

Thanks folks.

Adam,

The only way I know to keep drawer parts out of the cut list is to not place the drawers when you place a front but then you won't have your drawer sizes.

To get what you want I would Export the cut list to Excel then go to the sheet goods tab,
Sort the sheet goods by component which will group all the dbx parts together then select that group of parts and delete them from the list.

Thanks,

Sounds like good material for the next Build. It's done easily in the Nesting, why not Cutlists?

Thanks for the clarification.
