Corner Cabinets hinge holes.

My first post here. I'm a new ecabinetsystems user, running a shopbot PRT with a second router.

I've noticed with the upper and lower corner cabinets that if the door, hinge side has a non zero reveal
that the depth of the hole for the hinge plate is reduced by the amount of the reveal. I am designing frameless
cabinets. Is this a programming error or am I missing something?
