ShopBot Link - tabs or skin - which takes precedence

Post by Donald Thomson »

When specifying to leave a skin or tabs on small parts, which takes precedence - skins or tabs? In other words, if I make skin and tab parameters the same - width, square inches, etc, which is SB Link going to use to hold the part in place?

I'm using SB Link 1.0.12.

Thanks,
Sincerely,

Hi Don. The 2 features work independently. You can have both tabs and leave a skin at the same time.

Thank you Larry.

So if I set up to have tabs and skins, will the skinning operation route away the tabs or will the skinning operation leave the tabs in place?

The tabs will remain.
