My shop is now just 28' x 77' I could build next to it a
24' x 77' It would take a lot of my back yard up. My shop has moved
4 time in 30 years Every time I buy a building we would put the shop in it.
Then I would rent or sell the building. They were always 1 Hr. or more away from the house. The building my sons would like to buy now is 250' x 250' they would like me to put the shop in there with all our trucks.
About a 1 Hr.1/2 away from the the house. Here is one for you
we do a lot of work for Comcast Co. they just moved in to a new building.
It is about 450' x 800'
here is the room for the head computer guy 16' x 8' I am going to put
the counter tops in Wed. all the truck sit out side about 60 trucks.
I would say about 30 truck never move.
Why does it take 2 to 3 days for the cable guy to come out to your house!
