Error 25 Could not start Thermwood interface

We started getting this error this morning, is there a fix for it?

Carlos,

I will need more information about your machine to understand what is going on. Please email additiuonal info to: program@thermwood.com

- Machine number ( located on serial tag back of base )
- Your company name and information

So that I can pull the file on this machine and look in greater detail.

Ryan, I'm getting the same error. It just hangs at the Thermwood splash screen then kicks to the error message after 5 minutes. Were you guys able to come up with a resolution? ~MK

This error is typically due to an error in communication during power up. To resolve issue, you can reseat the profibus card.
